5010 Version and to begin sending in ANSI
5010. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU
UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE TO THE 5010 VERSION
IMMEDIATELY. Your office may continue
sending in ANSI 4010 until you are approved
for 5010 from Palmetto.
To move to 5010 production:
1.
E-mail Palmetto GBA EDI at medicare.hipaa@palmettogba.com
with 'Request
for Production Status' in
the subject line of the e-mail.
Be
sure to include your submitter ID and
include Prime Clinical System's Security
ID 1150JB and Vendor ID VBJ0150.
2. Upon verification
of your use of a 5010 Certified Vendor,
Palmetto GBA EDI will e-mail you the Submitter
5010 Production Status Request Form
for you to complete. For a sample of how
to fill in the Submitter 5010 Production
Status Request Form, click here.
3.
E-mail the completed form to medicare.hipaa@palmettogba.com.
As
previously stated, time is running out
to update to the 5010 Version and to begin
sending in ANSI 5010. WE RECOMMEND
