Recently
we were notified by several of
our clients of an FTP/SFTP Service
change at Office Ally. The change
has been confirmed by Office Ally
and will take effect on September
2, 2011.
The
Service Change affects the IP
address and domain name for all
Electronic Data Interchange, including
claims and reports.
If your
office is using Office Ally as
a Clearing House, please email
our Support Team at support@primeclinical.com
with the following information:
•
In the subject line, please include
your Client ID and the wording
'OA Service Change'.
•
In the text of your email, include
a contact person and the phone
number and extension where he/she
can be reached.
Upon
our receipt of your email, your
office will be assigned a reference
number and additional information
and instructions will be emailed
to you. |
