The majority of the San Gabriel Valley is still without power.  Prime Clinical does not have power but now has limited phone service available.   If you have an urgent issue, i.e., something that causes your office to not be able to work at all, please call the main support line. If you are having a very urgent issue and are having trouble getting through the phone system, please call 925-275-3113 x753.

 

We appreciate your patience as we continue to work through this situation and return full services.  Based on the information we are receiving from the city of Pasadena, our best estimate for full service operation is Monday, Dec. 5th.  We will continue to keep you informed as to the current status.
