Intellect Versions 15.03.10 - 15.03.23

Versions 15.03.10 through 15.03.23 were released in March 2015.

 

These updates contain software modifications and features to streamline office procedures. A brief overview of the changes in both updates follows.

Overview of New and Enhanced Features

 

View the following summary of new and modified features in the most recent version of Intellect to quickly see what features we've added to the program which may benefit your office.

Fixes for reported problems are not included in the Overview of New and Enhanced Features; please refer to the detailed release notes.   

 

Note: Unless noted otherwise, all items below are in the 15.03.10 release.  

 

Charges

Charge:

 

 Utilize the new pop-up window from the Bill Co-Pay/Deductible right-click menu to enter amounts and print a charge line on the billing statement labeled 'Co-payment/Deductible due'.  

 

Modify:

 

 Manage co-pay and deductible due information for charges using the new <Deduct Due> and <Co-Ins Due> fields on the Information Panel.

 

Ledger

Accounting and Open Item:

 

 View co-pay and deductible due information for charges.

 

Utility

Set Up/Parameter:

 

 Utilize the new <Modify on Self Checkin> field to control whether or not patients may modify personal data while checking in for their appointments. (version 15.03.23)

 

Insurance/Insurance:
Insurance/Tele Com:

 

 Use the new drop down options to enable the 837 file to send the AMT F5 along with the CAS PR with indicator.

Facility:

 

 Specify the caller ID that patients see when they receive a call from your office. 

 

Schedule

Appointment/Full Day/Day Tab:

 

 View the Facility names, Provider codes, and Appointment Types in the information on the recently re-named POS, Dr., and Type tabs.

 

Appointment/Full Day:

 

 Utilize the 'Email' default to send patients an email at the same time their appointments are added, modified, or rescheduled. (appended in version 15.03.11)
