This information applies only to clients who are using E-Rx from

Intellect. Clients using E-Rx via PCM will not be affected.

Dear Client,

New Crop's server's security certificate has changed, and, therefore, New Crop has completed a re-certification process. As a result, the first time each operator accesses the New Crop site for E-Prescribing they will receive the following Security Alert. To accept the new security certification and continue E-Prescribing you must answer 'Yes'.

If the Intellect E-Rx icon, shown below, begins blinking yellow or red, you should restart service. If it continues to blink in yellow or red, contact PCS Support.

This Complete EHR is 2011/2012 compliant and has been certified in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
