In recent days, PCS has been in direct contact with Palmetto GBA. During this time we were informed, via a notification found on their EDI phone system, that clients who have submitted claims on March 12, 2012 or after to Medicare and have not received a rejected 999, an accepted 999, or a 277CA, should resubmit their claims.  

 

277CA Report Information: 

277CA reports are generated electronically from Intellect via Billing --► Tele Com --► Access Claim Report. Click here for a sample report as viewed on Intellect; click here for a sample report with errors from Palmetto.
