FTP CONNECTIVITY ISSUES

Databill
Corporation has
informed PCS that they have corrected
an issue with their ftp connectivity.
If your office
is using Databill as your Patient Statement
Solution:
•
Verify that you have been receiving
regularly delivered email from Databill with the information
regarding your statements.
•
If you have not been receiving emails
from Databill, this could indicate that
your Patient statements have not been
reaching Databill and that you will need
to contact Prime Clinical Systems to verify
if there is an issue with the connection.
Please contact our Support Team via email
support@primeclinical.com:

In the emails' Subject line,
include your CLIENT ID and the words
'Databill
Statement Issue'.
o
In the body of the email, include
your CONTACT NAME and the PHONE NUMBER
where you may be reached.
