they experienced issues with connectivity.
On July
27, 2015, we received notification
that the issue with connectivity
has been resolved. While your
office also receives the same
email from Optum, please be advised.
If you
office is using OPTUM INSIGHT
as your clearinghouse solution,
please be sure that your are checking
your Daily Reports coming in from
Optum showing that they have received
your claims as well as your Payer
reports.
If you
are not receiving these reports,
you may wait one to two business
days and if after this time your
office is not receiving the reports,
please contact Prime Clinical
Systems Inc. via email at support@primeclinical.com.
Include your client ID in the
Subject line and the word OPTUM
in the body provide us with the
contact name and phone number.
