TriZetto Statement Processing Delay

Dear Client,

TriZetto and Prime Clinical recently worked to verify an issue that was found in the patient statements.

The issue will not require your office to make any changes or resend any statements; this notice is only to advise you of the delay. The issue is related to any client who had populated the 'Physical Address' in the Utility--►Provider file (see sample below).
