Diagnosis/Crosswalk:

Protect previously
entered ICD-10 codes from
being deleted by entering
a "Y" in the
new Custom
column.

Display diagnoses
in priority order by entering
a number starting with
1 in the new Priority
column.

code from the display
list by entering a zero
