Sample 277CA Report from Intellect

The 227CA report from Intellect is generated electronically and is view-only. To generate the report in Intellect, go to Billing --► Tele Com --► Access Claim Report, enter information as needed on the Access Claim Report screen, and click the [Access] button. To see claim acknowledgement information for a specific account, click on the account to highlight it, and then click on the [View Detail] button. The 277CA report will display on the screen for that account. A sample is shown below:
Please note the following:
A1
and A7 are Claim Status Category Codes.
A1 only indicates the claim has been received, NOT that it has been
processed.
A7 indicates a claim rejection.
