Email Support Requests
For All Submitters
In an effort to strengthen our ability to assist our providers and make our email support process more efficient, EDI Support Services (EDISS) requests the following information is included when emailing support@edissweb.com:
· General Information:
o Your name
o Your phone number
o Providers: Group/Billing NPI
o Vendors: Submitter ID
· Requesting an Acknowledgement Report be reposted or assistance with rejected claims:
o Date the file was submitted
o Submitter ID which submitted the file
o External filename of the original file submitted
· Requesting an Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) be reposted:
o Date of the payment
o Dollar amount
o Check/EFT number
If you are experiencing software or hardware issues, for example an error in PC-ACE Pro32 or an error in connecting to the Bulletin Board System (BBS), please attach a screenshot of any error messages you receive.
PC-ACE Pro32 Quarterly Update
For All Submitters
The new Quarterly update of PC-ACE Pro32 is now available at www.edissweb.com.
Effective April 1, 2014, EDISS will no longer provide assistance with PC-ACE Pro32 errors providers may be experiencing if the errors are related to the use of a Windows version XP or earlier.

If you call using an incorrect phone number, our agents will be unable to assist you and will require you to call back using the correct phone number. Submitters are required to use the correct phone number when contacting EDISS for assistance. The following table is provided to help avoid any inconvenience:

Helpful hints when calling into the IVR:
If you are trying to reach the Medicare Part A or B Provider Contact Center, answer “Yes” to the first question.
If you are not trying to reach the Medicare Part A or B Provider Contact Center, answer “No” to the first question and say which department you want to be transferred to.
Vendors are required to have their Submitter ID ready.
Providers are required to have their billing NPI ready.

An updated version of Medicare Remit Easy Print (MREP) is currently available for download at http://www.edissweb.com/cgp/software/. This link will bring you to the cms.gov downloads webpage. For further assistance with software updates, please contact EDISS.
