Endeavor and Viewing a Full Remittance Advice

For All JE Medicare Submitters

Noridian is receiving a high volume of calls in regards to providers needing access to their full remittance advice. Currently, Endeavor offers claim-specific Remittance Advice (RA). Noridian is working on adding the full remittance advice in the coming weeks. If you have questions related to your access to Endeavor you can contact User Security at 855-609-9960.

Until that time, EDI Support Services (EDISS) offers the Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA). An ERA is the electronic version of the Standard Paper Remit (SPR), which serves as a notice of payment and adjustments sent to providers, billers and suppliers.  It explains the reimbursement decisions of the payer.

In order to view your ERA you will need to ensure you have connectivity to the EDISS system. This can be done by either direct dial up or a connectivity vendor. EDISS provides a list of Medicare-approved connectivity vendors for direct submitters on our website at http://edissweb.com/cgp/software/.

Once you establish your connection and download your ERA, you will need to translate it. For those providers that will be using PC-ACE Pro32, EDI offers a guide on how to import and translate the 835 Remittance Advice.
