Incorrect 277CA Acknowledgment Rejections
For Medicare Part B AK, OR and WA Submitters
EDISS identified and resolved a processing issue for files sent October 9, 2013 through 12:05 pm on October 10, 2013. The impacting files received incorrect rejections for A8:496:85(submitter not approved) and A8:562:85 (invalid NPI). EDISS has proactively reprocessed all AK, OR and WA files received during this time. Submitters who did not receive an incorrect rejection during this time frame will receive duplicate reports.
