Patient Response to Email Reminders
In prior software versions, Intellect offered the ability to automatically email patients to remind them of an upcoming appointment, eliminating the time and expense of reminding patients of their appointments and reducing the cost of missed appointments. Email appointment reminders have now been enhanced by allowing patients to respond.
Set up for this enhancement is very minimal as it simply requires an external IP address and a web server port to be entered into the Intellect program. Two new fields, <External IP> and <Webserver Port>, have been added to the Utility --►Tools --►Configuration screen to accommodate set up.
