ICD-10 Questions and 5010 Implementation
5010 Requirements are currently being tested at Prime Clinical and PCS has passed the first Edit Phase of the Translator Testing with Palmetto. Once Palmetto is ready for the next Phase of testing, Prime Clinical will commence with the 5010 Testing and will be ready with the 5010 changes and ready for release in the third quarter of 2011.
ICD10 requirements will follow this Testing phase and, when required, the OnSTAFF program will allow for the new ICD10 changes.
Clients have the option of purchasing the ICD-10 files from whatever source they choose. The format must, however, be in ASCI.
