Registration
Regular:
*
Do you use PCM? Two new
fields have been added
to support eRx with PCM,
and another field was
added for Meaningful Use
with PCM.
Regular
and Worker:
*
Save time! Changing a
patients' e-mail address
in PCM now automatically
changes it in Intellect.
And changing emergency
contact information in
Intellect now changes
it in PCM.
Charges
Charge:
*
Print the claim form when
the Bill check box is
selected and the Who is
'G'.
*
Be warned if there are
no remaining authorized
visits left for the encounter
when entering an encounter
number in the <EN#>
field.
*
The <Visit No> field
now displays a count of
remaining authorized visits
and flashes red and
white when the count reaches
zero.
*
Be warned at the time
of committing charges
if the number of visits
authorized has been exceeded.
*
Do you have products and
supplies available for
patients to purchase which
are taxable? Intellect
can now calculate the
sales tax for you.
Finance
Charge:
*
Reverse the finance charge
through Utility/Maintenance/Reverse
Entry if the 'Date'
hasn't been closed.
Payment
Guarantor:
*
Additional sorting level
allows a partial payment
to be posted against the
first charge.
Ledger
Accounting
& Open Item :
*
It is now possible to
fill-in just the patient's
<Account> and <From
Date> fields to display
the desired information
on the screen.
*
Entire Provider, Facility
(POS), and Referring Code
information can now be
displayed, along with
8 characters of the Modifier.
Open
Item:
*
Column added to the right
indicates when a comment
is on file for the charge.
*
Positive balances now
highlighted in green,
negative balances (credit)
displayed in red.
Billing
Statement:
*
Billing for POS 12 now
includes the patient's
address on paper and electronic
claims.
*
New statement displays
any payments posted regardless
of when the charge was
posted.
*
If you have PCM, your
patients can make credit
card payments online using
Patient Portal.

Access Claim Reports

added for OptumInsight
