STAGE 2 PREPARATION

Meaningful Use

Immunization Registry Information

YOU MUST REGISTER ASAP

If your office provides immunizations to patients, you must start reporting to your county Immunization Registry through your EHR for Meaningful Use. You will need to register with your County Registry and send the information back to us so that we may set up this interface for you.

Please click here to search for your county on the CA Dept of Public Health Information Exchange Gateway. Under Immunization Reporting, please register with your county's registry as soon as possible. Select "Site will submit data via a distinct Sending Facility" when registering.

Once your registration is complete, forward your confirmation email from your Immunization Registry site to Train@primeclinical.com. Please include your client ID, client name, contact person, and contact phone number.  Prime Clinical will need this information to store in your PCM in order for your clinic to send your immunization data to your Immunization Registry. Without this information, you will not qualify for the Immunization Registry Meaningful Use measure.

If you have any questions, email Train@primeclinical.com and include your client ID and contact information. Thank you.

7 Principles that Can Help
Stressed-Out Physicians

Physicians are busy. They often have little time for friends and family, have no time for the community, and seldom feel as though they have covered all their bases. Their lives have way too much in common with a hamster in a wheel.

Still, there are some things physicians can do to experience improved work-life balance. Here are seven principles to keep in mind next time you feel like your sense of balance is spiraling out of control:

1. Acknowledge and accept the fact that time is limited and there is no way to create more.

2. Accept the fact that there will never be enough time.

3. Be intentional about the use of time, and be aware that it involves choices as well as decisions.

4. Abandon guilt about what is not getting done.

5. Seek alternate resources.

6. Refuse to be bullied.

7. Do not engage in self-bullying.
