Clients using e-mail and/or the Automated reference option via Intellect, please be sure to include your Client ID to help avoid delays for your support inquiries.
• PCM related issues: Use your M-Client ID, and in the subject line include the word PCM.
• Intellect related issues: Use your A-Client ID with the word Intellect in the subject line.
