IMPORTANT PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
The following Release Notes include the features and modifications made in the current update. PCS suggests you provide each department a copy of the Release Notes so they are aware of the changes which may affect their department.
In order to be aware of ALL changes in the software, please read all release notes from the version you are currently on through to the version to which you are updating.
Update may include items labeled ATTENTION which will IMMEDIATELY affect Billing and other daily tasks. Please be sure to notify all departments which will be affected.

Registration
NEW COLUMN Registration --►Patient -- Chart # column on Possible Duplicate Patients screen
Effective in this release, a Chart # column is now included on the Possible Duplicate Patient(s) screen:
When the <Chart Number> field is blank on the Registration --►Patient screen in Intellect, if the client has PCM, the Possible Duplicate Patient(s) screen displays the MR_NUM (Chart number) from the PCM / CHART_STORE.

FIX Schedule --►Appointment -- SMS Appointment Reminder
In version 22.01.12 it was reported that the at_id does not match the at_id that is in the appointment_type. For example, in COLON at_id the appointment_type was 79, and in the appointment scheduled for Test1 Patient the at_id was 76. when the at_id's do not match it prevents the appointment reminders from going out. It was discovered there was a bug in the appointment when an app_type is retired and/or is attached to appointment groups that have different groups. As a result, Intellect was randomly selecting an at_id and inserting it into the current appointment. This issue was corrected in this release.
FIX Schedule --►Appointment -- SMS Appointment Reminder
In version 22.02.08 it was found that APP_REMINDERS via sms to patients were going out when the at_email_reminder on the Add Appointment screen was set to None:
It was discovered there was a bug in the appointment when an app_type is retired and appointment groups had different groups. As a result, Intellect was randomly selecting an at_id and inserting it into the current appointment. This issue was corrected in this release.

Additional Features
NEW FIELD Additional Features --►Online Patient Portal -- <Account Number> field
A client reported they have 2 different accounts that received statements within several months of each other and both statements have the same password to pay their balance online. When a patient accessed the portal to pay using the provided password, the wrong account was accessed. To correct this problem, an <Account Number> field was added to the portal screen when making a payment. On the new screen, patients enter the appropriate account number, enter their Online Payment Portal password, and click 'LOGIN' to open the Online Payment Portal.
