Instead of just sending a Worker's Compensation claim to an insurance company and hoping it gets to the right person, it is now possible to have the Adjuster's name printed immediately above the insurance company name and address on the top right corner of the Worker's Compensation paper claim form. This new Intellect feature is available with minimal set up. The Adjuster's name needs to be completed when registering the patient's insurance. The patient's category type must be either Worker's Compensation or Worker's Compensation with First Report. And, any insurances you will be using need to be set to print the adjuster name. More specific set up information is available in Intellect's online documentation.
Additionally, because the "Adjuster Name" element has been added to the programming file but has not been added to the form, if your office wants to have the Adjuster's name printed on the paper Worker's Compensation Claims, you should call PCS Support and request it be set up for your system.
The ability to print the Adjuster Name on the Worker's Compensation forms is available in Intellect version 9.12.15 and above.
