EDISS Password Enforcement
Effective September 5, 2017, new EDISS password enforcement began. To better align with CMS regulations, Noridian Security Policy, and industry standards, EDISS began enforcing that password resets only occur once in a 24-hour time period. This affects external users of the EDISS Gateway and EDISS Connect. Enforcement occurs in both systemic checks and customer service process changes. Users are able to have their passwords unsuspended as needed as the enforcement is specific to password resets.
Also, in the event a client is missing a file, Production Alerts are sent:
277CA Acknowledgement Report Delay

EDI Support Services (EDISS) identified a subset of 277CA Acknowledgement Reports for files submitted after 3 pm (CT) on August 29, 2017 that did not successfully deliver to Submitter mailboxes. These files have all been redelivered successfully.
