Used for all Report Codes The default is all Who options (leave blank). To filter the results based on a specific Who type, type the Who from the Ledger --► Accounting or Ledger --► Open Item Who column. |

Used only for the Provider <Report Code> option This field should be blank unless Provider is selected in the <Report Code> field.Only one Utility --► Provider --► Provider <Provider Code> may be entered. |
