The output in the following samples represents posting of charges and diagnosis for various procedures.
Visit Count = The number of posting sessions
Patient Count = The number of unique patients

NOTE: Management reports for Age do not show actual age so proper age groupings must be determined by using the entries in Management --►OSHPD Report <Age From >and <Age To> fields.
