TROUBLESHOOTING
Charges: Posting and Committing
If there is a problem with posting charges and committing them in Intellect, before reporting the problem to Prime Clinical Support, please make sure the Windows’ language is set to English (United States).
Check these language settings:
1. On Windows, click on Start.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Control Panel.
4. Click on Regional and Language Options.
5. If English (United States) is not selected, use the drop-down menu to select it.
If the problem still exits, contact Prime Clinical Support.
