ACCOUNT MENU
This menu option is used to search for and view accounts particularly family(linked) accounts. The <Name> field is used to return a multi line display showing linked accounts (family or common guarantor). All linked accounts will be grouped together with an indicator marking the guarantor (+), dependant accounts (-), and the grouping total (=). Non-linked account types will display, but only have individual lines.
The screen offers the option to use Command Column key strokes to present the user to several registration and ledger screens.
When the Account option is selected OnStaff will display the following screen:
Please Enter 1 to 26 Characters Of Patient's Name: ____
If the name you wish to enter is not the beginning of the patient’s last name, enter a wild card character (*) followed by any know letters of the name you wish to search for.
The system will search and display any results in the screen
Focus will be in the Command Column.
Typing [F2] will display the list of available commands.
