COMPANY ACCOUNT CHARGE POSTING

Complete the /Utility/Category screen being sure to set the <Type(C/P/W/O/F/G)> field is set to C. For additional information regarding this field, see the CATEGORY section of your Session II training documentation.
POSTING CHARGES
When posting charges, On-Staff will prompt for the panel code, date of service and the name of the patient. This sequence is repeated for each of the patients referred by that company.
PRINTING THE STATEMENT
A company statement is printed from /Billing/Insurance/Batch of Patients using Form Type D.
VIEWING THE PATIENT’S NAME
When entering /Charge/Modify, after typing the account number and pressing [Enter], the Company Name will display in the ACN field of the Modify Previous Charge screen. Upon entering the screen, the ACN field will display the name of the patient associated with the highlighted charge, based on where the cursor is positioned in the command column.
The Guarantor field of the Accounting or Open Item Ledger will display the name of the patient associated with the highlighted charge, based on where the cursor is positioned in the command column.
