To help determine if a statement, claim, follow up letter, etc. was printed by a user or through automation, the Flag column will display the user number (/Utility/Set Up/Security/Login Users <User Number>) of the user who requested the noted item.   User numbers 998 and 999 reflect an item that was processed through automation. 

 

 

 

NOTE:   User numbers are assigned during set up.  At any time, at any workstation, pressing [Ctrl] [X] will display the name of the current user (/Utility/Set Up/Security/Login Users <Operator Name>) and their assigned user number (/Utility/Set Up/Security/Login Users <User Number>) in <User> below.
