How To Visit Our Website

NOTE: Visit our website at  www.primeclinical.com. Our website     

            is NOT accessible if you do not have software support.

 

            Visit our website as follows:

1) Go to www.primeclinical.com.

 

2) Click on CLIENT SITE.

 

3) Enter your Client ID.   (Example: A-1316)

 

4) Enter your Password.

    If this is your first visit enter onstaff then you will be prompted to change your   

    password.  Make note of your new password. Otherwise, enter your previously  

    created password.

 

5) Click on Download Files.

 

6) Click on OnSTAFF 2000. 

 

6a)  Prime News will take you to the WELCOME TO THE ON-LINE 

       ‘PRIME NEWS’ PAGE.  Below this title you will find a description

       of all the folders on the left.

 

6b)  The Prime News/Client Email-Fax Notices folder contains all    

        information that has been emailed or faxed to clients.

 

6c)  The Prime News/Industry News/Palmetto Medicare folder contains      

        all information regarding Palmetto Medicare. Please read the 

        information here before calling Prime.

 

            6d)  Release Notes will take you to the ‘RELEASE NOTES’ PAGE. Below 

                   the title you will find the CURRENT VERSION information.  This 

                   information can also be gotten through 8.2 Documentation/ Current

                   Version which will take you to the ‘RELEASE NOTES’ PAGE. Below 

                   the title you will find the CURRENT VERSION information. Verify that

                   your version matches this version. See VERIFY YOUR VERSION

                   below.
