Schedule/Appointment/MISSING SB
This option will look for all super bills generated through On-Staff within the requested clinic and date range, comparing that against all the super bill numbers entered when posting charges and prints a list of any that have not yet been posted. When the Missing Super Bill option is selected On-Staff will display the following:
Clinic I.D. : ___
Clinic I.D.: Enter the number of the clinic which you want to print the missing super bill report for.
To exit the Missing Super Bill program at this point, type [Ctrl] \ (back slash)). On-Staff will display the following message:
Press any key to continue.__
Pressing any key will return to the Appointment Menu.
When a clinic number is entered, press [Enter] and On-Staff will display the following:
Clinic I.D. : 1
From Date :
From Date: Enter the starting print date which you want the missing super bill report to start listing super bill numbers. This field is not a formatted field so you must enter the slashes. For example, April 30, 1998 would be entered 04/30/98.
To exit at this point, type [Ctrl] \ (back slash). On-Staff will display the following message:

Pressing any key will return to the Appointment Menu.
When a date is entered, press [Enter] and On-Staff will display the following:
Clinic I.D. : 1
From Date : 04/30/98
To Date : 04/30/98
To Date: Enter the ending date which you want the missing super bill report to stop listing super bill numbers. This field is not a formatted field so you must enter the slashes. For example, April 30, 1998 would be entered 04/30/98.

Pressing [Enter] or [Return] will return to the Appointment Menu.
