This report will display the number of times a referral has been used over a specified period of time. The information will be pulled from either the charge posting screen or the patient demographic screen depending on the set up under /Utility /Set Up/Parameter <Referring (P/C/F)>:
P The information will pull from the patient demographic screen.
C The information will pull from the charge posting screen.
F Same as C.
This report can also be an effective marketing tool in tracking referral sources such as Yellow Pages, Radio Advertising, etc., by entering this information onto the patient’s demographic screen under referring and running the report when /Utility /Set Up/Parameter <Referring (P/C/F)> is set to P.
