This report is designed to show aged accounts receivable sorted by current primary insurance companies (including self-pay patients). This report contains a the field indicating the percentage of total A/R dollars and the percentage of total patients belonging to each insurance company. Although the Statistical Report A/R totals could be due from primary, secondary and patient combined versus only what the primary owes it could be a useful tool for contract renewals.. The Statistical report can be run by Clinic, Category or Provider and may be run as part of the month end routine.
