With PocketSTAFF, physicians can utilize any Microsoft Windows-Mobile™ device to access schedules on the fly and input visit and procedure codes (ICD-9 and CPT) at the point of care. PocketSTAFF becomes the electronic superbill eliminating the use of wasteful paper. All information including diagnoses, procedures, schedule changes and new patient entries is transferred via either a wireless connection or a cradle synchronization to and from Prime’s OnSTAFF practice management system, eliminating the need for time-consuming double entry.

PocketSTAFF connects seamlessly with the OnSTAFF practice management system, a product that automates many administrative functions such as billing, accounts receivable, aging of accounts and insurance follow-up. On the clinical side of the practice, the integration flows through to Patient Chart Manager, Prime’s electronic medical record (EMR).
