All information including diagnoses, procedures, schedule changes and new patient entries is transferred via a connection to and from Prime’s OnSTAFF practice management system – eliminating the need for time-consuming double entry.

WebSTAFF connects seamlessly with the OnSTAFF practice management system, a product that automates many administrative functions such as billing, accounts receivable, aging of accounts and insurance follow-up. On the clinical side of the practice, the integration flows through to Patient Chart Manager, Prime’s electronic medical record (EMR).
