Registration
Worker/PR2
Form:
•
Let Intellect fill
the <Diagnosis>
fields with the first
three diagnoses posted
to the patient record,
and then print the same
diagnoses on the PR2 form.
Worker/Workers
Comp Lien:
•
Use the new Search
Status tab
to query a batch of submitted
liens and DORs to check
the status of each ADJ.
•
Be aware of the
submission status after
pressing [Submit Lien]
and [Submit DOR].
•
Save information
from the Search
Hearings and
Search
Events tabs
to Excel files.
•
View Lien and DOR
request dates, and the
amount of the Lien/DOR, on
the Lien tab's ADJ table.
•
For tasks which
need to contact a third
party, be notified of
the task status after
entering an account number,
fetching ADJ detail, activating/stopping
ADJ tracking, and listing
events or hearings.

- WC EDI EB:
•
Do you have Patient
Chart Manager? If so,
pressing the [F2] key
twice in either the <Identification
Code> or <Appeal
Documentation File>
fields displays a list
of PCM documents from
which to select as attachment
file(s) for electronic
billing.
Payment
Auto
Payment:
•
Enter multiple provider
codes in the <Provider
Code> field.
Ledger
Accounting
and Open Item:
•
View the ledger
reports with the category
based on the <Category>
field on the Registration/Regular/Patient
screen.
Billing
Worker/HCFA
Form:
•
Print 6 lines of
service on the HCFA 1500
Form instead of 5 lines.
•
For HCFA Box 30,
display the Balance Due
based on the Utility
--►Insurance --►Insurance
<Include Payment>
field setting.
•
When the insured
is the same as the patient,
boxes 4, 7, and 9 print
blank (instead of "SAME").
Worker/Attorney/Batch
of Patients:
•
Print the patient
account number above the
Patient Name on
the Attorney Statement.
Utility
Category:
•
Do you charge patients
for administrator fees?
Use the new <Administrator
Fee> field to charge
an annual fee via an automated
task!
Schedule
Appointment/Full
Day:
•
Print the date of
the patients' appointment
on the RFA instead of
the clinic date.
Appointment/Full
Day/Surgery Tab:
•
View additional
information via new fields
on the Surgery Tab screen.
