Update Your Superbills for ICD-10

When ICD-10 goes into effect, your superbills need to reference the new codes. To update your superbills, make the necessary changes in a Microsoft Word document, and email the file to support@primeclinical.com. The subject line should include 'ATTN: Forms Dept.', and the body of the email should include your client ID and the name and phone number of a contact person.

Note: Due to the high volume of superbill/form change requests, we have been forced to initiate a deadline date of 08/01/2014. Any superbill and forms changes requested after this deadline date are not guaranteed that the forms will be ready and loaded on or before 10/01/2014.
