Prime Clinical ICD-10 Look-up Screen
Query ICD-10 Codes
Prime Clinical has a stand-alone program in beta testing which allows users to enter their PCS clinic number and either an ICD-9 code or partial description to query the corresponding ICD10 codes and descriptions. This program may be run independently outside of Intellect. For additional product information and status updates on our daily improvements to this option, please contact PCS Support.
PCS Passed
Prime Clinical has passed testing with Medicare, Trizetto, and OptumInsight! Testing continues with Zirmed. If you are using a clearinghouse that is not partnered with Prime Clinical, you will have to do your own testing. Note: Ability has already been tested via Medicare.

Form Change Information
Superbill Templates Available
To help you meet the October 1, 2015 deadline of having superbills in your office updated, PCS has a blank Superbill Template, in Microsoft Word format, which can be copied. Your office may need an additional page for the diagnosis codes. Note: Please review our email of May 14, 2015 for superbill guidelines and restrictions.
To meet the high volume of superbill/form change requests, we have been forced to initiate a deadline date of 08/01/2015. Any superbill and forms changes requested after this deadline date are not guaranteed that the FORMS WILL BE READY AND LOADED ON OR BEFORE 10/01/2015.

Please include on the subject line 'Attention: Forms', and include
in the body of the e-mail your client ID and contact name.
Note:
Only send your superbill if your office has ICD-9 codes or will be adding
ICD-10 codes to the superbill. Any changes to your superbill
are billable. The fee for loading and programming is approximately $150.00
per form (including additional diagnosis page, if used).
