The Insurance option allows you to set up a warning as well as a listing of procedure codes that an insurance company does not pay on. The warning will appear in the charge posting screen when that patient’s primary insurance and procedure code posted are listed in this file.

Add Modify View Delete Exit
Menu Options:
Add Add a new insurance and procedure.
Modify Modify an existing insurance’s procedure.
View View existing insurance companies and procedures.
Delete Delete an existing insurance and it’s procedure.
Exit Exit returns you to the Pay Plan Menu.
Software requirements for use with this option are that the ‘Insurance’ entered, exists at /Utility/Insurance <Insurance Co. Code> and the ‘Code’ entered exists at /Utility/Procedure <Code R (C and/or E)>.
