Intellect offers the ability to automatically send out messages to patients to remind them of an upcoming appointment, eliminating the time and expense of reminding patients of their appointments and reducing the cost of missed appointments. A custom message and/or an attachment may be added to Intellect’s standard Reminder format.
The flexibility of Intellect allows your practice and/or individual patient to choose the type of reminder they prefer:
- Text Message to cell phone
- Telephone call
The setup of these reminders is simple and automated through the software.
